James is a freelance photographer based in Sydney and Newcastle, Australia, with a passion for visual storytelling. A Macleay College graduate with a Bachelor of Journalism (2018), James brings a narrative-driven approach to every project he undertakes.

Specialising in documentary photography and portraiture within the music industry, fashion editorials, and passion projects , James excels at capturing raw, authentic moments. Whether he's a "fly on the wall" documenting the energy of a live performance, crafting compelling editorial spreads, or creating powerful portraits in the studio, his work is defined by its depth and integrity.

Over the years, James has collaborated with renowned artists, including The Delta Riggs, Ocean Alley, Hockey Dad, and Vera Blue. His portfolio showcases versatility and creativity, and he's always open to new commercial and creative opportunities.
